BEFORE YOU BOOK

Good questions.
Useful answers.

Still deciding? You can call directly: (410) 240-8075.

Can I book rental and lead inspections together?

Yes. Select both services on the scheduling form. We’ll review the request and coordinate the visit.

How do I know which lead inspection to choose?

Share the property details and any existing lead paperwork. If you’re unsure which option applies, call and we’ll help you choose.

How much will it cost?

Select your property type and services on the scheduling form to see the listed pricing. For multiple properties or a special layout, call to discuss the details.

Do I need to be at the property?

Not always. You can name an access contact and add entry instructions when you request an appointment.

What should be ready on inspection day?

Make sure the property is accessible and the utilities are on. Have applicable registration information available.

What if an item needs attention?

We’ll document what we observed and explain the next step. Once corrections are completed, a reinspection can be scheduled if needed.

When will I receive the paperwork?

Timing depends on the service. Lead dust wipe results also depend on laboratory processing. We’ll tell you what to expect for your appointment.
